A Leading Role in Research for Cochlear Implants
Under the leadership of Medical Director David C. Kelsall, M.D., the Rocky Mountain Cochlear Implant Center offers cutting-edge technology and is a major research facility for the development of current cochlear implant devices. The Center played a pivotal role in clinical trials leading to the FDA approval of the current devices on the market.
The field of cochlear implants is very dynamic in that there is constant effort to improve the technology. The advantage of this has been that our patients are assured of receiving the most up-to-date technology. Our commitment to research is strong, and this will continue well into the future.
